The Nomad-ADV UK Ltd Returns, Warranty and Refund Policy
Nomad-ADV wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's a problem with your item and it's our fault, we want to make it right. If there's a problem with your item and it's not our fault, we'll be happy to help you with repair or replacement. Fees may apply.
Returns
If you find you have ordered an item that does not suit you, you may return or exchange it. We offer a money-back guarantee if returned within fourteen days provided the item is in totally unused condition, in the original packaging with all labels still attached and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Refund excludes shipping costs (as this was offered as a separate non-profit service to you and is a service which has obviously reached you), restocking fees may apply. Contact us for a return form before returning goods.
Order Cancellations
Our website clearly states our maximum lead time in our FAQ's and on a "Pop Up" banner at the top of the web page.
If you place an order and later decide to cancel that order because the lead time exceeds the time you are willing to wait, please contact us to arrange a refund.
Please be advised that the initial card processing fee charged to us at the time of sale (currently 2% + 30p) will be deducted from your refund.
Repairs
Nomad-ADV can help you repair damaged items. Ask us for a Repair form, understand the details, and send us your items. Items must be clean before being returned for repair. Contact us for a repair form.
Limited Warranty Details
Nomad-ADV® Products are carefully assembled to meet stringent standards. Nomad-ADV fully stands behind its products and therefore offers a limited warranty. If a problem occurs with your Nomad-ADV product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Nomad-ADV will, at its discretion, either fix or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by the defect, misuse (such as carrying unusual items), neglect, accidents, crash damage, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water or normal wear and tear (such as fading or discolouration), custom alterations or modifications of any kind from the original intent of use. While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your product can be performed by any company, improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs will void this warranty. This warranty excludes shipping costs. The term of this warranty is as follows:
All Sewn Bags for a term of (10) ten years from the date of purchase. Hard panniers for a term of (1) one year from the date of purchase. All Radio Frequency/RF Welded Bags for a term of (1) one year from the date of purchase. Electronic goods for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase.
Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labour charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than Nomad-ADV are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product. This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.
